APPOINTMENT PREP

  1. PLEASE COME WITH BARE NATURAL NAILS ( FREE OF ANY PRODUCTS ) IF YOU ARE GETTING A FULL SET!! OTHERWISE YOU MUST SCHEDULE THE APPROPRIATE SOAK OFF. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL NAIL ENHANCEMENTS WERE REMOVED PROPERLY!

  2. OUR TEAM WILL NOT WORK ON INJURED NAILS OR OPEN WOUNDS!!

  3. DUE TO TIMING AND BUSYNESS YOUR APPOINTMENT IS AT HIGH RISK OF BEING CANCELED IF YOU FAIL TO FOLLOW THESE POLICIES.



    DEPOSITS // ATTENDANCE

    - A nonrefundable/ non-transferable deposit is due upon date and time selected. That deposit amount will go towards your service. The remaining balance is due at the end of the service.

    Your deposit is for the date and time you have selected based off of availability. PLEASE BE ON TIME!! APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CANCELED AFTER 15 MINUTES OF ABSENCE ESPECIALLY WITHOUT ANY VERBAL COMMUNICATION!!

    EXCUSES DO NOT CONSTITUTE AS AN EMERGENCY ON THE STUDIOS BEHALF. PLEASE KEEP THINGS STRICT AND PROFESSIONAL

    CANCELLATIONS:

    YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED TIME. LATE CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE COST.

    PLEASE CALL THE SALON TO NOTIFY US THAT YOU WILL BE CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING WITHIN THE 24 HOURS SO WE CAN ISSUE A REFUND.

    IF YOU NEED TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. THIS INCLUDES ADDING TO OR CHANGING YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE FOR ANY REASON YOU HAVE THREE DAYS TO REPORT THE ISSUE AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO RESOLVE THE MATTER.     MAINTENANCE



    IT IS SUGGESTED THAT YOU BOOK YOUR FILL IN DATE WHEN BOOKING YOUR SET IF YOU PREFER BEING SEEN TWICE IN THE SAME MONTH.

Please be aware when booking for Fill-ins if you request a cut down you will also need a reshape as well. If you wait 3 weeks or more between appointments you will be charged for a reshape as we will need to reconstruct the nail to ensure balance and strength.
